Abraham Lincoln obtained a License to Marry on June 9, 1770, for his marriage to Bathsheba Herring, d/o Alexander Herring and Abigail Harrison. However, it was a license only and the "bride's" name was not on the license itself. To the best of my knowledge, the actual marriage record for Abraham Lincoln and Bathsheba Herring has never been found.
