Does anyone have marriage records for Rockingham County that would show information for the marriage of Matthias MILLER to Phebe PERNELL? Family history has them marrying in 1816. I am trying to find out their parents' names. Again, according to family history, they are both buried in the family graveyard in Keezletown, VA.
