To All: I am hoping to contact someone who has information concerning the Harrell, Harrill, Harrold families who lived along the Shenandoah River in 1740-70.. Richard Harrell Sr. purchased about 1200 acres and divided it among his six sons in 1749-51.. The land was located along the South Fork of Shenandoah river near the old Frederick and Augusta co. line This area would later become Rockingham co-Frederick co.. later Shenandoah and Page co..
