Hi Gang, I know this is a bit vague, but I am looking for the Mother and Father of Etha E. WIlliams born April 15 1889. I don't know what county she would have been born in but most of the family was in Rockingham County VA. If anyone has census reports of that era, Etha`s father was John Samuel Williams and Mother might have been Mary. I know these details are little but I am in high hopes someone might be able to help me. Thanks in advance.
