Greetings, Seeking any info. on William & Hannah (SHAVER) PHILLIPS. William was b.June 4, 1819 in Rockingham co. and Hannah was b. April 26, 1822 also in Rockingham. They moved to Clinton co.,IA either just before or during the Civil War. Most interested in finding who their parents were. Thank you, Chuck
