Children of James born in Rockingham Co. or Ohio Anna b. 1794 Asenath(Minerva) b. 1797 md Amer Jackson Phoebe b. 1800 md Jesse jackson Lovecy b.1802 md Robert Lyon Elizabeth b.1804 md William Walker John P. b.1805 md Nancy Olinger (This is my GGGrandfather)Ohio>Indiana>Iowa James b. 1807 md 1)Lydia Branson 2) Evaline Braffit William b. 1808 md 1) Eleanor Harr 2) Sarah Rood Stacy b. 1810 md Rebecca Myers Edward b. 1815 md 1) Edith Lamb 2) Ada? 3) Sarah Benge Census evidence indicates that sometime after 1800 the family moved to Columbiana, Ohio This branch of the Olingers, John P's wife, were from Staunton/Augusta Co. and environs as well. We believe James was born in Belfast, Antrim Co., Ireland or lived there after birth in Scotland in 1768 and was sponsered by Alexander St Clair of Staunton arriving in there in July of 1788. Two of Alexanders Daughters married the Boys Brothers(John & William) and went on to Clinton Co. Ohio. It is possible they all migrated together. I should point out that the Wythe Co James StClair came over later and could not be my James.
