Brown left Saturday afternoon for Greenfield, Ohio, in response to a telegram received that morning announcing the death of Mr. Brown's brother-in-law, P.J. Parrett. Mr. Parrett, who was sixty years old, died Saturday morning at 1:30 o'clock from apoplexy. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss N___a [illegible] Brown, a daughter of the late Isaih [sic] Brown of Dayton. Mrs. Parrett, is a sister of Mrs. E. Smith Dinkel, of Bridgewater, and R. R. Brown of Harrisonburg.
