CHARLES had a sister named ELLEN SPROUSE living with him and his wife (NANCY JANE MAYS) and children Lillian, A.Bell, twins Nora and Robert, Mary, Charles, Edna, Roy and Clarence in Scottsville, Milton District, Albemarle Co. Va.in 1920. Charles may have had brothers Rick, Thomas, and Ellis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
