Their oldest daughter was born in 1779 so he must have been very young. From which child do you descend? I'm a descendant of Alexander's son, Robert, who immigrated to Montgomery Co. Indiana from Shelby Co. Kentucky. Alexander is my gggggrandfather, and here is how the rest goes Robert Foster who married Susanna Jones Rachel Foster who married Franklin Caplinger Mary Elizabeth Caplinger who married Henry Nave Anna Belle Nave who married John W. Burt.(my grandparents) Alexander is buried in a little country cemetery, Indian Hill Creek Cemetery near Waveland, Indiana and there is a nice stone stating that he participated in the Rev. War.
