There are many Johann/Johns in the Anglebert line. The only John and Sarah I have for that time period is a Sarah Lamar and that is in Russell county, Va. The Anglebert line was very good about maintaining family names. What are your John and sarah's children's names and where did they live. I've been lucky that Anglebert's line have had some very good researchers. (I also have the Mary Mae Hartsoock) One of these is the John Hartsoch that you see doing a lot of posting and he has been very helpful.

Pieter's father was Englebert. Pieter and family migrated to Md (via NJ) about1750. Pieter's oldest son Englebert probably stayed in NJ. Pieter had other sons that migrated to Md with him. Do you know if/which one of those sons is the father to your Englebert married to Fuchs/Fox. Pieter may have had a second son named Englebert by a second wife. That Englebert was born 1750.

She moved to Scotland and married Alexander Colquhoun, (who was also born in Scotland, I know not where) on 28 Jan. 1837, had three children there (one birth spells her name as Waker), then moved to Canada where they both now rest in peace.
