Also, check the Virginia State Library site at http://www.lva.lib.va.us/ Look at http://www.lva.lib.va.us/pubserv/genie.htm which is the Genealogical Research site at the library. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's any really good on-line information about Richard Bruce Hynson, but you can work your way around the Prince William and Va. State Library systems.
