To one black .ilden in Tobacco Sept 19 Wm GRANT come before me and made oath on ye Holy .mongles of almighty God that the above .... .. just and true and that he hath pleed no pa.te pcorcel satisfaction nor ...... for the same sworn before me John Smith PRATHER Take in custody ye body of Richd BECKETT and have him before one of ye justices for ye county afore sade to ...... the complaint of Wm GRANT in a plee of Dep. ...... not and this shall be your warrant.
