I gave some bad information about backing up email address book entries. Forget WAB.EXE. The correct way to back it up is to Click "FILE" scroll down to "Export" click "Address Book" then click "Text File(Comma Separated Values)" when the next window opens choose "Browse" use the "Save In" box by clicking the triangle and choosing an appropriate media.
