With the reply from by Ann and Amber to Lynn Simpsons query on Zephaniah Brawner can I assume that Zephaniah is the brother of John Brawner born around 1778 and married to Lucinda Cockrell ,father to Frederick, William and Joyce Ann (my gggrandmother)? According to a copy of the death notice of Joyce Ann in 1887 she was born in the Manassas area. I would really appreciate it if someone could verify this. Thanks , Maggie Dougherty
