Hello Listers, It seems my ggg grandfather James Bolan/Bolen was born in Virginia. UNFORTUNATELY I know not which county or area that he came from AND his wife also is suppose to be from Virginia. She is Eleanor Schlagle. Is anyone familiar with these families? James was born about 1805. I don't know about Eleanor but probably close to that time. James and Eleanor show up in Monroe Co. Ohio in the 1850 census. If anyone can point me in the right area I appreciate it. Amber in Georgia Copen/Copin surnames from Prince William. (also may be Hughes and Foster)
