Dear Norma ... and others Just before I left to visit Virginia in July, Jim Burgess from the Fauquier Co list (I think) told me he had been to Quantico and they had been very helpful. He told me about the wonderful records they had because of all the research they had to do into land deeds before the base was established there. I spoke with Don Wilson about it and we mused that it would be wonderful if public access to the records were possible. Don said that the Bull Run Library did not have the resources to buy copies of the records, so he will be delighted at this news. Please keep us posted about this.
