I have ancestors in several cemeteries on the base, including the HOLMES-LYNN and COPEN cemeteries, and was escorted to both by a marine from the Range Control Office. In addition to helping you find your way, one of the reasons for making arrangements through Range Control is to be certain that there are no maneuvers going on that day that a civilian might get caught up in. The Community Planning Officer also provided me with a list of the cemeteries on the Base and the surnames therein.
