    3. Jaymee & Charla, I hope the following is of some help to you and I am sending it to the Rockbridge, Bedford, Prince William, and Wright lists as well. My records list the following for Thompson A. Wright. He was a son of John Wright and E. (_____) Wright of Prince William County, Virginia, was born on March 9, 1809, at Prince William County, married Sarah Norcross on Jan 4, 1838, at Rockbridge County, Virginia, and died on Mar 1, 1854, at Rockbridge County, Virginia. Sarah (Norcross) Wright was a daughter of William Norcross, was born in about 1814 at New Jersey, and died on Mar 6, 1862, at Rockbridge County, Virginia. Thompson and Sarah had the following chidlren: 1. William Norcross Wright, born about 1839 at Rockbridge County, Virginia, and buried at Atoka County, Oklahoma, 2. Mary (Wright) Sandridge, born about 1839 or 1840 at Rockbridge County, Virginia, and married William A. Sandridge, 3. John Wright, born about 1841 or 1842, possibly John N. Wright who married Sarah Elizabeth Riley and died in 1914 at Indiana, 4. Eliza Wright, born in about 1844 or 1845 at Virginia, 5. Charles M. Wright, born in about 1846 or 1847 at Virginia and married Maggie J. Withers in 1871, 6. Thompson A. Wright, born in about 1848 or 1849 at Virginia, 7. Sarah A. Wright, born in about 1851 at Virginia, and 8. Howard Fleming Wright, born on April 3, 1853, at Rockbridge County, Virginia. In 1880 Francis is in the census but > not Samuel, so I am assuming that he died. The area of Bedford that Samuel > lived in very close (adjacent) to Rockbridge.
