Pulaski County marriage records; January 7, 1891 Married by W.H. Books J.C. Rhodes, age 31 born in Pulaski County son of Joseph and Margaret Rhodes, occupation Policeman Elda G. Lowman age 28 born in Pulaski County daughter of David and Catherine Lowman The obituary of Sarah Rhoades here; http://www.rootsweb.com/~vapulask/swtimes/r1/RhoadesSarah1919Jan20Rhoades.jpg shows that she was a sister to the same J.C. Rhodes listed above. You will find the name Rhodes spelled a variety of ways.
