Surnames: Lawson Nicholson Aker Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/2BC.2ACI/815 Message Board Post: I have an old letter dated 1898 that was written to Mr John Nickelson that mentions "your uncle John Lawson" and "your grandmother Peggy Lawson". John Nickelson's mother was Sarah Lawson who married Thomas NIcholson in Stokes Cnty NC about 1825. The letter was from Stephen Aker. I have found Mr. Aker in Wythe Cnty VA, but I think that John Lawson lived in Pulaski VA. Mr Aker was once married to John Nickelson's aunt,Corina Sisk-a daughter of Gideon and Paulina Nicholson Sisk. Any help would be welcome. Jerry Duncan
