Details connected with the tragic accident are lacking, and it is understood that Appalachian officials are investigating the matter today as to any relations which their lines might have had in connection with the killing, being, it is understood, nearby the telephone lines where the accident took place. The storm may have been responsible in the blowing down of some wires.
