She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Dr. Wilhelm Baade of Blacksburg; her daughter and son-in-law, Ilka and Manfred Huetter of Sinsheim, Germany; two granddaughters and grandsons-in-law, Susie and Reiner Huxel of Sinsheim, Germany, Tina and Michele Bonan of Florence, Italy; a grandson, Peter Huetter of Sinsheim, Germany; a sister-in-law, Auguste Erb and four adorable great-grandchildren. A native of Austria, Trudy has made Blacksburg her home for the last forty-five years. She adored animals, many of which found love and comfort in her home. She had a great zest for life, which she shared with many devoted friends. She will be greatly missed by all of us who loved her dearly. "Goodbye, Mama Rosa". Funeral 2 p.m. on Sunday at Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- YEOMANS, Harold Wallace, (Yo), 83, of Floyd, passed away at his home Sunday, May 13, 2001 after a long illness with his children, grandchildren, and special friends at his side. Yo was a veteran of World War II and Pearl Harbor. He grew up and raised his family in Delmar, N.Y., where he was a long time member of the Masons and Eastern Star. He was an active member of the Delmar Reformed Church and volunteered with the local fire department. He retired from the N.Y. Telephone Co. after 32 years. He moved to Floyd County in 1989. His life was one of service to people and community. He was preceded in death by his wife of 44 years, Rosa Lee Lavender Yeomans; his parents, Harold and Emily Yeomans; and one brother, Kennard Yeomans. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Randy and MariEllen Yeomans of Indian Valley; two daughters, Donna McMillen and Jeri Dewey, all of Indian Valley; six grandchildren, Doug, Kim, Meghan, Zachary, Amity, and Kali; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Clara Fuller of Caroga Lake, N.Y.; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Jean Mossall. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 19, 2001 at Gardner Funeral Home with Chaplin Marvin Barbre officiating. Family will receive friends one hour before service time.
