Owens and was born in 9/1909. He had an older brother Samuel. His father was Samuel Owens and his mother was Louise Hurt. Louise died when he was very young and he was sent away with Samuel. Samuel got remarried and had other children. His Father Samuel had diabetes. Walter got married and lived in Cincinnati, OH, then got divorced and lived in Falmouth, KY where he was remarried. Any help is appreciated.
