W. who died suddenly Tuesday morning at his home, will be held Thursday at 11 a. m. from Thomas M. Seagle & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Angus R. Shaw officiating assisted by the Rev. Edward F. Lovill. Interment will follow in the Newbern Cemetery. A member of the First Presbyterian Church, he was a retired salesman-farmer. Active pallbearers will include William M. JONES, W.
