New River Obituaries ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- LINEBERRY, Gleason Maynard, 70, of 7520 Peppers Ferry Blvd., Radford, passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2001 at the home of his daughter in Durham, North Carolina. Born June 3, 1930 in Carroll County, Virginia, he was the son of the late Jerry K. Lineberry and Lettie Odessa Burnett Lineberry. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was retired from Harvey's Chevrolet, Radford with over 30 years service. Surviving is his wife, Evelyn Marie Long Lineberry of Radford; daughter and son-in-law, Beverly L. and Al Tate of Durham, N.C.; son and daughter-in-law, Dwight M. and Rhonda Lineberry of Radford; grandchildren, Jesse and Jeremy Lineberry of Radford and soon to be born, Andy Tate of Durham, N.C.; sister, Gladie Kelly of Dublin. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m., at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- McFALLS, Kristopher L., 16, of Poff School Road, Riner, Va., left this life to be with his Savior on Tuesday, March 27, 2001. Surviving are his parents, Dennis and Cathy Sowers, Dean and Tracy McFalls; a brother, Lucas McFalls; sisters, Amanda Sowers, Amelia Stevens, Erin Roarke and Jessica Spensley; and a very special niece, Tarra McFalls; his maternal grandparents, George and Janice Carver, Robert and Connie Price and Gertrude Sowers; paternal grandparents, Richard and Ruth McFalls; maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Lewis. He will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and very special friends. Kristopher attended Auburn High School where he was in the tenth grade. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 31, 2001, at the Horne Funeral Chapel, Christiansburg, conducted by Rev.
