BRUNER John Amos BRUNER, 77, died Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. L. BYRD, near Dora furnace, following an illness of several months from heart trouble. Funeral services will be held this afternoon 3:00 o'clock from the home, followed by burial in the Dora cemetery. Mr. BRUNER was a native of Hawkins county, Tenn., but had been a cotton mill worker at Fries for a number of years coming to Pulaski, to make his home with his daughter two years ago. He had been a member of the Methodist church for 30 years. he had been twice married, both wives being dead. Surviving are his children: Mrs. Nannie AUSTIN, Narrows; Mrs J. L. BYRD, Pulaski; Mrs. Clara MABE, Fries; Mrs. Mary BOULDIN, High Point, N. C., and John H. BRUNER, Randolph, Va.
