Born September 14, 1927 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Dorothy Crowder Finn and Luther Faye Finn. Mr. Finn was a retired self employed logger. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Gertrude O'Dell Finn. He is survived by two sons, Joseph Dennis Finn, SR of McKenney and Wayne Finn of Mechanicsville, MD; two daughters, Mrs. Larry "Gail" Powers of Orange, VA and Mrs. Rick "Marilyn" Cosner of Chesterfield; Three brothers, Rome G. Finn, Leonard Finn and Safford Finn, all of Pulaski; one sister, Mrs Garfield "Elizabeth" Goode of Pulaski; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grand children. Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 am at the Oakwood Cementry with Deacon Phillip E. Harris officiating. Visiting will be anytime this afternoon after 2 pm at Thomas M. Seagle and Sons Funeral Home where the family will recieve friends from 6 until 8 pm this evening. In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Crater Community Hospice, 840 W. Roslyn Road Suite E., Colonial Heights, VA 23834. Arrangements by Thomas M.
