I have an Owen family bible with names and dates. My uncle and I are now actively creating a family tree. I have some information that I would share and would also appreciate some more information on either the Owen or the Quesenberry family side. I have names of the children of Essie J. Owen and William P. Quesenberry dates and who they married, etc. Also have information on Essie J. Owen's siblings. My grandfather Early F. Owen married Edna F. Cole.     1. need help on info : James A HARRELL's death in 1894

    3. I am asking for help from the HARRELL and the VAPULASKI listers. I have a problem. My great great grandfather, James A HARRELL h/o Margaret E, died in Pulaski , VA in 1894 according to the pension application. James is the father of Robert J HARRELL who is the father of Fred B HARRELL. I received a letter today from the Commonwealth of VA stating that my "request for the death cert. of James A HARRELL couldn't be filled because the death records for 1894 in Pulaski, VA are missing" So where do I turn now? Suggestions? I do not know where he is buried so can't even contact the cemetery office. I can't go through Margaret's records because she is also 'among my missing ancestors'.
