Stephen is named in his mother' Rachael Bell's will probated in Accomack Co., Virginia.The will of Rachael Bell, widow of Charles Bell, dated 17 Apr 1769 and probated in Accomack Co., 25 Aug 1772 named her children Stephen Bell, George Bell, Joshua Bell, Esther Nock, Keziah Bundick, Sarah Bell, Leah Bell, and Southy Bell and appointed her sons Stephen and George Bell executors. Witnesses: Arnold Morgan and Mary Morgan. (Book 1772-77, p. 22) Additional information about this family would be greatly appreciated.
