Hi Everyone! - I am new to this list as I just found a possible lead to long standing dead end!! According to the "Virginia Land Records, Early Settlers in Prince Edward Co., VA" - Page 235, Elisha Eastes bought 400 acres of land in Briery, Prince Edward Co. on 12 January 1747. Then on 20 July 1748, he bought another 400 acres in the same area. I would appreciate it if some one could tell me:     1. Any information on the Eastes/Estes or other  families above.      2.
