I am searching for the marriage bond of a Philomen Phillips and Rachel Ballard in 1809. I think she was a Quaker but don't think he was. On the 1810 census they were in Guilford County, NC. but I have leads they were married in VA. I am planning a road trip and thought I might narrow my search some before leaving.
