Does anyone have access to these court records and can tell me what this was about? There is also another record dated 16 Aug.1814, Samuel Barnes (defendant) vs. George Joiner (plt) Bk 16 pgs 287 and 329. I've written to the County asking for these records but got a response that they did not have the staff to research old records and they would not provide them. I would be oh so grateful of someone could provide these to me.
