The bottom of the pic is the consent note from the father of the bride (who is underage) signed by the father Benjamin Terry. Note that the prospective groom could write his name and did not use an X. There is an error in the bond. The clerk accidentally listed the bride as Tanner instead of Terry. Such bonds were no longer required after the Civil War. ("War of Norther Aggression" for the easily offended.)
