Surnames: Meeks, Paul, Doss Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/3AC.2ACE/1533 Message Board Post: I am looking for Mary Meeks, probably from the Chatham area, mother of Minnie and Ella Meeks. I know they were living in Danville from at least 1910 per the census for Danville. Mary was probably born between 1883 -1887. I do not know if Meeks was her married name or her maiden name. In the 1910 census she is listed as a Mary Meeks, widow. She later married "Doc" Allen and is still in Danville in the 1920 census. By 1930 she is a widow again, but still in Danville. Her daughter Minnie married an Alex Paul and her daughter Ella married Wyatt Doss. Any help would be appreciated. Priscilla
