Davis, Sr., was born 1795 died 1860 and married Judith Wilson. They had a son William Davis about whom I have no data except he was born in 1822. No data re Rebecca Thorpe or Mary Taylor. I checked several sources. Found your William Davis born 1802 died 1867, buried Emporia Cemetery,married to Mary Willia Taylor date shown as July 2,1862. Her dob Feb. 16, 1840-July 2, 1926.
