Debbie, My gg-grandfather Tazewell Henry Shelton had a brother named George W. who was born in 1840. He married 13 Nov 1857 to Jane Dalton. I know of only 3 children born to this couple and they were all born before 1865 (1858, 1861 & 1863). I have no death date for this George W. He might be the man you listed as KIA 2/17/65. Let me know if you get info that confirms this.
