Shirley, It appears you tried to send your response directly to gc-gateway@rootsweb.com, which is simply the pipeline between the RootsWeb Pittsylvania Message Board and this mailing list. Messages on this mailing list that appear to originate from the above e-mail address are actually posts to the message board. If you'd like to respond to those types of messages, it's best to post it on the message board so that it forwards here. You may of course post your response directly to the mailing list, but there's no guarantee that your intended recipient will read it because they may not be subscribed. Hope this helps.
