I thought that I might "google" such a strange name as "Ottoneser" but nothing came up. I went to Heritage Quest to find out more and can't find them there. Tell me a little more about them, ages of her parents, where you found them, race, etc. and maybe I can find something for you. I was looking for a white family but if they are black, let me know that. Most "Overby" folks spelling their name without an "e" between the "b" and "y" were from North Carolina, according to most of my findings. Whatever the case I will be more than glad to help if I can.
