I have been reading about this atrocity and it is amazing to me that I'd not heard of it before last year. True history can be so important, in my opinion. I'm known for my strong convictions regarding freedom of religion. I'm hoping someone with knowledge of these families in Pittsylvania will help us out. I cannot find much about the Later Day Saints in that part of Virginia, with the exception of one mention of one minister.
