Married Martha Ann Henderson on 3/24/1881 in Pittsylvania County VA. Martha b. 1855 d. 5/28/1941 They had at least the following children and possibly more. Hattie Sadie A. b. 6/3/1885 d. 12/1982 Mary J. 1888 Willie Madison Lewis b. 5/27/1892 Halifax VA m. on 11/12/1913 Petty Laura Farmer b. 9/18/1895 James may have married twice. I believe all were from Halifax or Pittsylvania County Va. Would appreciate any and all help.
