I am searching for anything on WASHINGTON BYBEE. He was the father of JOSEPH HENRY BIBEE whose mother was Tabitha DOVE Biby. He probably was born in the 1840's. He was either white or mulatoo. Probably lived around Pittsylvania co., Campbell Co and Lynchburg, VA. Thanks for any information you might have.
