I also have wondered about the border counties of Vance,Person, and Granville,NC. I have information my g-fath. PATRICK HENRY HARPER was born March 23, 1884 in Mecklenburg County,VA. His paernts were DRUEY/DRUY HARPER and a BETTY ? HARPER. I now have found several of my g-faths. reletives buried in the Maplewood City Cemetery in Durham,NC,why,I don't know? Just wondered about anybody who might be fmailiar with any HARPER'S with NC ties, especially around Durham,NC. Best regards, Richard C. Harper --part1_b0.555a030.265609c7_boundary--
