I would appreciate it if you would post the description. I gather that both your Clarks and mine are from the southern part of the county. It appears that my ancestor had a farm on the road that ran from east to west in Pittsylvania County. I think the road was on the north side of the Dan River and was the road used to travel to Tennessee and Kentucky. His small farm was located near the confluence of Sandy Creek and the Dan River.
