    3. Laura, The Chancery suit, Bobbit v. Dalton documents that Mildred's parents are Lewis Dalton and Mary "Polly" Keezee. They were married in 1797. The 1850 census indicates that Mildred was born in 1799. Do you have a different source indicating a birth in 1787? This would make her illegitimate by several years and a late bride.
