Samuel died 1801, and LUCY is not mentioned in his will, so she was probably already deceased. They were parents of : Phillip, Zachariah, Ruth, Samuel III, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Mary, Joseph, and Sally. Any researchers know the name of the parents of LUCY OWEN?
