I wrote the circuit clerk's office for a 1795 marriage record for Tucker Woodson & Anne Stolle. Ref. from Knorr's marriage book for Pitts. Co. Clerk's office stated they didn't have it. What should I have asked for? It was from a Minister's Return, p 21, Rev. Matthew Bates. I need the spelling of Ann's name confirmed. Knorr stated Stolle.
