It is supposed to be found in Deeds and Wills Book 11, November 14, 1819, Probated December 20, 1819, pp. 527-528)? Does a will even exist for Thomas' sometimes-alleged father William Payne (d. 1818, wife Sarah Nance)? Thank you.
