Dear Subscribers, I realized something else about the GenConnect "gateway" I spoke of in my last post. The gateway allows persons who are not necessarily subscribers to VAPITTSY to post notes to the GenConnect board and thereby reach the VAPITTSY mailing list automatically. Because of this, if we respond to one of these forwarded notes by responding to the list exclusively, we may not reach the person for whom the response was originally intended. So, we should send a CC: directly to the original author of the GenConnect post. This also opens up other issues for me as the listowner. Tom [listowner, VAPITTSY]
