I do not remember if I ever thanked you for the info from the passenger and immigrtion list. I am still not sure if this is who I am looking for. I found Ellen in the 1870 Va. census. She was 20 born in Canada and living with Elizabeth O'Drain (head of household) born in Ireland. If the O'Drain's you found are her parents, Ellen could have been a nickname for Elizabeth, and dad must have died between 1850 and 1870. The info you sent me refers to Ulster Genealogical Guild (Belfast, N. Ireland), no. 9 (1986)pp.77-80. Do you have any idea how to obtain a copy of this? Ellen O'Drain married William Jacob Ould first and when he died married a Franklin (maybe George). She is my brick wall. Thanks Sherry
