Lydia, the book is "Genealogical Abstracts, Revolutionary War Veterans, Scrip Act 1852 " by Margie Brown. These are almost all Virginia families, but if you do not read the book, you will miss the people giving depositions, often proving their own service, and the changing names of the females as they come down. I also listed the county courts where papers were filed, these papers may have much more info. For example a query on the Worsham Veteran was not found but descent for Branch Worsham and wife Mary of PE county shows descent from Francis Hobgood. Look at the dates when papers were filed, if the Vet died 1776 and papers are filed upto 1877, we should be finding info on great grandchildren........Happy Hunting, Margie
